Our services
For the people who serve our community
(Custom pricing)
Whether your staff are full-time, part-time or volunteers, critical or chronic stress events can result in staff leaving or requiring extended sick leave.
Forest Therapy walks and Nature Journaling are evidence-based ways to treat and prevent stress. Limited to 10 people, we can come to your workplace and design a unique experience for your staff.
Price is on application depending on location and services requested.
Forest therapy walk $80
(3 hours)
Participants are invited to slow down and follow their curiosity through a series of gentle invitations, generally lasting 10–15 minutes.
The invitations encourage participants to see, hear, touch, smell and experience the natural environment in different ways.
Following the introduction, we will continue with full sensory immersion by combining breathing exercises, light physical exercises, sensory activation, and purposeful movement in an environment which naturally promotes mental health benefits.
The journey finishes with Billy tea and light refreshments, providing an opportunity to pause, absorb the experience and share reflections if participants wish.
Customised session $400
(3 hours)
A bespoke forest therapy session for individuals or couples designed to target your unique circumstances.
The journey will begin with a personal interview on what would suit you best. Customised invitations will then be offered to suit your skills and wishes.
Following the sensory invitations, we will continue the journey with a customised combination of breathing exercises, light physical exercises, sensory activation, and purposeful movement to help you become
more attentive to your surroundings and connect with nature.
As with all of our sessions, there is no requirement to walk further or achieve more- it is about being present.
Nature journalling $40
(1 hour)
A guided introduction to observing and recording the natural world.
Participants develop observation skills and learn ways to record what they notice using drawing, writing, numbers, questions, and observations.
Using prompts such as I notice… I wonder…
and I remember… participants are introduced to a powerful therapy in its own right, as well as an excellent addition to other therapeutic modalities
There is no requirement to be an artist or writer. Entries are guided by what each person actually notices.
